To the fullest extent permitted by law, installation, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered unless expressly agreed to by Zelnolighting in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before production begins. Custom-made, custom-tailored, personalized, and Final Sale products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law or where the product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.
